Ain't that the truth?  We flawed humans do not perform actions for purely altruistic reasons.  Even in the best case scenario of a Christian man who offers a hand of hope, of help, he is doing it for selfish reasons.  Fine, he may not expect anything in return, but he's also attempting to assure himself a way into heaven.  He's currying favor with The Big Guy, if you will.

And that's the best case scenario.  For most others, especially emotion-driven self-righteous liberals like Al Gore and Hillary Clinton, sinister motives belie their actions, much like a Midwesterner's corn-encrusted turd.
