Which, translated from the Latin, asks if anything is sacred and considering things, expects a negative reply.

I'd thought my last post would be the last dealing with The Asshole of VT, but like a bad penny, he's back in the news. Apparently attempting to leave a legacy beyond the dastardly obvious, and in an attempt (I'm guessing) to underscore the sheer cockeyed, whooping insanity of his actions, the prick sent a "care package" to NBC complete with the standard retarded fare: pictures of himself in various poses, petulant stream-of-consciousness video and writings that can only come from the mind of a 23-year-old cunt muscle. In other words, complete bullshit.

Why he couldn't, like a good mass murderer, simply slink away into dark history, a bloody mess of hair-matted brain tissue trailing from the 9mm-sized hole in his head as his sack-of-shit corpse is dragged away by the legs for disposal. No, he had to "explain" like an addled two-year-old with a mouth full of marbles, and in verse nevertheless:

Do you know what it feels like to have trash shoved down your throat?

Blah, blah, blah ...

Cho'ke on it, you fucking pussy bitch, wherever the hell you are! You think you're the only one who's ever suffered an ignominy? Who's lived a hard life? Whose advances have been rejected by the bitches? Millions of young men have gone, are going, and will go through the same shit you did and the 99.9999999% of them (you being the pathetic fraction, which suits you quite nicely) will handle the crap and move on! At the very least, just kill yourself, Samurai-like, and be done with it.

Instead, what do you cockrancher do? You come back dressed like a sissy wannabe SWAT assfuck and kill innocent people. The greatest tragedy in this is that no one was able to shoot your fucking head off before you took one step outside after killing the first two victims. Would to God it had happened that way!!

Background Checks

For those not in the know, everyone who buys a firearm in the United States undergoes a background check after filling out a form, known as Form 4473. Lying on this form is a federal felony. After this, a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check is called in. Nominally, this check is supposed to catch any felons (and a host of others) attempting to purchase a gun (which is in itself a crime as well). In addition, and germane to this post, it is also supposed to stop mentally ill people from being able to purchase firearms as well. Supposed is the key term there.

The problem is, many states do not report people with mental illnesses who have been committed to law enforcement and entered into the NICS. Cho'kes On Dick, it turns out, had been found mentally unstable by a Virginia court and involuntary committed. I may be wrong on this one, more research needed, but latest news points this way.

It is important to note that a judicial finding of mental instability or illness and a commitment is actually required before a person's right (yes, right) to purchase firearms. This oversight of the system is necessary to prevent abuse (as have occurred) but it is imperative that cases of involuntary commitment should be reported and that information entered into the NICS. No one wants mentally unstable, or insane people walking around with guns, least of all me.

This fink twatmonkey was throwing up signs of mental illness like a spastic gang banger and for some reason, no one recognized this for what it was. From setting fires to a dorm room, to stalking women, to writing absurdly violent (and bad) fiction, the question is just what does anyone need before calling the Loony Bin to report an impending fuck-up.
